Leadership Coaching
Good leaders are not that uncommon. Unfortunately, great leaders are rare. Studies show that only about two-thirds of companies believe that their current leadership is capable of piloting their organization into the future. Our leadership coaching fundamentals are centered around helping leaders make the move from good to great. Leadership coaching is an interactive process that helps leaders improve their self-awareness, identify their strengths (and weaknesses), improve communication, accountability and help them better understand how their day-to-day interactions impact others, and develop the behaviors and habits that not only make them great leaders but gives them the tools and techniques to help others also grow into greatness.
I believe that companies are best able to realize their strategic ambitions when leadership training is not reserved exclusively for the upper echelon of managers. Our seminars are designed to benefit all individuals with managerial responsibility from the CEO to the front-line manager. We also find that our tools are equally effective at home or in community organizations.
Our signature program consists of six 90-minute sessions that may be completed over a series of days or weeks or when structured as a day and a half leadership retreat. The materials work equally well in an individual, small group, or large group setting. A one session seminar introducing self-awareness tools is also available.
